If my memory serves me right, gospel powerhouse Bahati was introduced to the game by none other than Mr .Seed. Remember when Bahati had just released his first single ‘Siku Ya Kwanza’? When no one knew who he was? Well, thanks to Mr. Seed’s collabo ‘Wangu’ ,Bahati started getting a fair share of traction in the much competitive gospel music industry.
I don’t know what happened, but just like that, Bahati surpassed Mr.Seed and a number of big players in the gospel scene. After enjoying life at the peak and basking in all the glory, the ‘Mama’ hit maker, through his record label Eastlands Most Beloved, reached out to Mr. Seed, whose career was somewhat headed to the gutters and ‘slapped’ him with a contract. In Layman’s language, EMB Records recently signed Mr. Seed who seemed very happy to join the camp.
”EAST LANDS MOST BELOVED ☺☺☺ AM BACK … I MISSED YOU GUYZ”Mr Seed wrote on social media.
Making the official announcement an welcoming Mr Seed to his label, Bahati took to his Instagram account yesterday and posted;
”EASTLANDS MOST BELOVED RECORDS presents Our Second Signed Artist 2017. Beautiful People Help Welcome #MR_SEED ⭐️⭐️⭐️ He is Back ‼ @MrSeedOfficial #EMB”
Mr .Seed will be dropping his new jam ‘Kumbe Kumbe’ today at 4.00pm,a project that has been sponsored by EMB Records and which features Bahati himself. Mr. Seeds becomes the second artist to be signed by Bahati in 2017 after a newcomer who didn’t even have a stage name. Keep it here for more on this, including a sneak preview into ‘Kumbe Kumbe’ as it drops at 4.00pm.
